WHO IS FELICE VALE

Felice Vale is Australia’s queen of the high fashion thriller - a filmmaker, artist, and performer known for crafting lush, unsettling worlds where beauty bites back. Her work is a collision of punk, vintage Australiana, the sorrow of graveyards, and the disorienting blur of city lights seen from a speeding car window. Each frame she creates dances between the sacred and the profane, the living and the dead - seductive, cinematic, and charged with danger.

In 2025, she directed two sold-out events for Vivid Sydney, reviving Sydney’s first graveyard, Old Sydney Burial Ground, in a haunting fusion of immersive entertainment and ghostly spectacle. As Creative Director of Australia’s cult immersive brand Haus of Horror, she’s become a master of turning history into horror and fear into fascination.

Felice’s path began in a coastal town where fibro beach shacks stand against endless white sand - a place suspended between stillness and whispers. She traded that silence for the chaos of Los Angeles, where she worked her way up from production assistant to director, studying film by day and waitressing at the iconic Rainbow Bar & Grill by night - grime, glamour, and ghosts fueling her obsession with the gothic and the spectral.

Now, she moves between Sydney and LA, directing high-fashion thrillers, eerie music videos, and emotionally raw commercial work for names like Dove Cameron, Maluma, Bella Thorne, Colorbond and Panasonic. She’s also the creative force behind tour visuals for artists like Rezz and Whipped Cream, and as a DJ, she’s spun dark, cinematic sets worldwide — including two headline nights at Sydney’s 2024 Ghost Festival.

Felice’s debut album Australian Gothic drops in October - a sonic extension of her visual world. Her work has lit up Times Square, captivated international film festivals, and reached billions of viewers - but at its core, it remains deeply personal. Every project is hands-on, hand-built and haunted; a reflection of a singular vision that dares to blur the line between terror and tenderness.
